摘　　要：近年来,随着对玫瑰痤疮研究的深入,皮肤科医生对玫瑰痤疮的认识逐渐提高,但因忽略了与其他类似皮肤问题的鉴别诊断而导致了较多的误诊和“过度诊断”的现象。本文从玫瑰痤疮的临床表现、诊断标准展开,阐述如何正确诊断,并列举与几种常见相关皮肤病的鉴别要点,希望能给广大医生一些借鉴,以减少误诊及过度诊断的现状。In recent years,with the in-depth research on rosacea,dermatologists′understanding of rosacea has gradually increased.However,misdiagnosis and overdiagnosis emerge as a tendency because some doctors roughly equate erythema with rosacea,neglecting the differential diagnosis with other similar skin problems.This article discusses clinical manifestations and diagnostic criteria of rosacea,elaborates on how to make a correct diagnosis,and lists key points in differential diagnosis between rosacea and other skin diseases,with a view to providing a reference for clinicians in the treatment of rosacea,and to reducing its misdiagnosis and overdiagnosis.
