摘　　要：玫瑰痤疮是一种面部慢性炎症性皮肤病,其发病主要与遗传、免疫、神经血管功能紊乱、微生物、皮肤屏障破坏、紫外线等因素密切相关,但其确切发病机制目前尚未完全明了,本文综述近5年相关机制研究进展。Rosacea is a chronic facial inflammatory skin disease.It has been proved that heredity,immunity,neurovascular disorders,microorganisms,skin barrier damage and ultraviolet rays are closely related to the occurrence of rosacea.However,the exact pathogenesis of rosacea has not been fully elucidated.This review summarizes recent advances in the pathogenesis of rosacea in the past 5 years.
