巴瑞替尼联合外用钙调磷酸酶抑制剂治疗幼年线状硬斑病

摘　　要：报告1例口服巴瑞替尼联合外用钙调磷酸酶抑制剂治疗的幼年线状硬斑病。患儿女,8岁,额部纵行硬化条带2年。皮肤科检查:额部及头皮可见2条纵行硬化条带,周围可见红斑、充血,头皮受累部位毛发脱失。实验室检查未见明显异常;皮损组织病理检查:符合硬斑病。诊断:幼年线状硬斑病。予口服糖皮质激素、中药及外用他克莫司软膏等治疗效果欠佳,后予巴瑞替尼口服联合外用钙调磷酸酶抑制剂治疗后患者皮损面积缩小,无明显不良反应。A case of juvenile linear morphea treated with oral baricitinib combined with topical calcineurin inhibitors is reported.An 8-year-old girl presented with longitudinal sclerotic band-shaped patches on the forehead for two years.Physical examination showed two longitudinal sclerotic band-shaped patches on the forehead and scalp,surrounded by erythema.Hair loss was seen on the affected scalp.Laboratory examinations showed no obvious abnormalities.The results of histopathological examination were suggestive of morphea.A diagnosis of juvenile linear morphea was made.The effect of oral glucocorticoid,traditional Chinese medicine treatment and topical tacrolimus ointment was not good.After treatment with oral baricitinib and topical calcineurin inhibitors,the skin lesion area was reduced,and there was no obvious adverse effect.
