摘 要:为探究500℃煅烧纳米凹凸棒土(CNAT)对再生混凝土力学性能的影响,以CNAT掺量及再生骨料取代率作为变量制备纳米再生混凝土并进行抗压强度、劈拉强度试验,并采用电子显微镜(SEM)观察再生混凝土内部微观结构的变化,以期得出CNAT对再生混凝土力学性能的影响规律和改善机理。结果表明:再生混凝土抗压、劈拉强度,随CNAT的掺入呈先升高后降低的趋势,在CNAT掺量为6%对再生混凝土的力学性能改善效果最好;CNAT的掺入可以促进水化反应,生成更多C-S-H,填充再生混凝土孔隙,增强混凝土密实性。To investigate the effect of 500℃calcined nano-attapulgite clay(CNAT)on the mechanical performance of recycled concrete,recycled nano-cementations were prepared by using CNAT content and replacement rate of recycled aggregate as variables.The content of CNAT and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate were used as variables to prepare nano-recycled concrete,and the compressive strength and split tensile strength tests were carried out.The changes of internal microstructure of recycled concrete were observed by electron microscope(SEM),so as to find out the influence law and improvement mechanism of ACNAT on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete.The results show that the compressive and split tensile strength of recycled concrete increases first and then decreases with the incorporation of CNAT,and the best improvement effect is achieved when the CNAT content is 6%.The mixed CNAT can promote the hydration reaction,generate more C-S-H,recycled concrete filling pore,and increase the compactness of concrete.
