摘　　要：为提高装配式建筑构件的生产效率,设计装配式建筑构件生产线振实台,采用模块化使振实台适用更多的生产线,实现通用性和互换性。振实台能够实现自动控制,通过锁紧放松系统实现模台自动锁紧放松,适应生产线的自动化,同时通过调节振动电机的偏心块角度实现振动频率和幅度的调节,实现无级调节振动频率和幅度。In order to improve the production efficiency of prefabricated building components,the structure of the vibrating table on the production line is innovatively designed.Modularization is adopted to make the vibrating table applicable to more production lines,realizing universality and interchangeability.The vibration table can realize automatic control,and the mold table can be automatically locked and loosened through the locking and loosening system to realize the automation of the production line.At the same time,the vibration frequency and amplitude can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric block angle of the vibration motor,and the vibration frequency and amplitude can be infinitely adjusted.
