摘 要:本文成功制备了一种环氧型碳纤维上浆剂。以聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000),聚乙二醇400(PEG400)和环氧树脂E51为原料,成功备出两种具有不同亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值的乳化剂PEG6000-E51-PEG6000和PEG400-E51,使用红外光谱分析仪及核磁共振波谱仪对其结构进行了表征。然后将两种不同HLB值的乳化剂按一定比例复配对环氧树脂进行乳化,通过调节乳化剂的含量和乳化机的转速,最终确定出PEG6000-E51-PEG6000和PEG400-E51两种乳化剂质量复配比为7∶1,乳化剂用量为40%,乳化转速为7000 r/min制备出的上浆剂粒径和稳定性最好;对自制上浆剂和使用自制上浆剂上浆后的碳纤维进行热稳定性、毛丝量、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和层间剪切强度等一系列测试,证明自制上浆剂的热稳定性良好,成功上浆后的碳纤维比未上浆的碳纤维的集束性明显提高,且单丝的层间剪切强度也提升了25%。In this paper,an epoxy carbon fiber sizing agent was successfully prepared.Two emulsifiers with different hydrophilic-lipophilic balance(HLB)values were successfully prepared by using polyethylene glycol 6000,polyethylene glycol 400 and E51 epoxy resin as raw materials,and their structures were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Then,two emulsifiers with different HLB values were compounded in a certain proportion to emulsify the epoxy resin.By adjusting the content of the emulsifier and the speed of the emulsifier,it is finally determined that the emulsifier compounding ratio is 7∶1,the emulsifier dosage is 40%,and the emulsification speed is 7000 r/min.The sizing agent prepared has the best particle size and stability.A series of tests,such as,thermal stability,wool content,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and interlaminar shear strength,are carried out on the self-made sizing agent and the carbon fiber after sizing with the self-made sizing agent.It is proved that the thermal stability of the self-made sizing agent is good,and the carbon fiber after successful sizing is significantly improved comparing with the unsized carbon fiber,and the interlaminar shear strength of the monofilament also increased 25%.
