摘 要:在利用三维粉末黏结(3DP)工艺成型标准圆柱件时,为了制备3DP工艺后处理环节所需的树脂渗透剂,以抗压强度为指标,利用响应面法中的Box-Behnken设计了实验方案,确定了优化配比方案。以此为后处理剂扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和抗压强度测试讨论了渗透参数(渗透次数、渗透方式以及渗透间隔时间)对3DP工艺成型件的抗压性能的影响。结果表明,制备的树脂渗透剂可有效改善成型件的抗压性能。在渗透处理时,采用浸润的渗透形式,通过多次浸润、渗透间隔时间逐次递增的方式,可以有效提高成形件的抗压性能。When molding the standard cylinder parts by using the three dimensional power bonding(3DP)technology,in order to prepare the coating quick drying agent required for the post-processing process of 3DP technology,an experimental scheme was designed using Box-Behnken in response surface methodology,with compressive strength as the indicator,and the optimized ratio scheme was determined.As the post-treatment agent,the effects of penetration parameters(penetration frequency,penetration mode,and penetration interval time)on the compressive properties of 3DP process molded parts were discussed from both micro(SEM and EDS)and macro(compressive strength testing)perspectives.The results indicate that the prepared coating quick drying agent can effectively improve the compressive properties of the molded parts.During infiltration treatment,the compressive properties of the formed part can be effectively improved by using the infiltration form of multiple infiltration and increasing the infiltration interval time step by step.
