摘  要:悬垂线夹作为特高压输电线路杆塔中常用的固定金具,故障概率较大,其检修方式转移荷载大,工作效率低。针对上述问题,提出±800 kV输电线路悬垂线夹独立带电更换方法并进行装备研究,分析作业方法的安全性,对研制装备进行仿真分析及试验验证。结果表明,该方法及装备可大幅降低转移荷载,提高作业效率。UHV transmission lines are of great significance to the long distance transmission of electric energy.Suspension clamp is a common hardware of line tower,and its maintenance method has large load transfer and low working efficiency.Aiming at this problem,the independent live replacement method of suspension clamp is put forward,the safety is analyzed,and the simulation analysis and test verification of the developed equipment are carried out.The results show that the research results can greatly reduce the transfer load and improve the working efficiency.
