摘  要:为提高寒冷地区电力电缆输电可靠性,调研了寒冷地区绝缘电力电缆和附件近年发生的典型故障。针对绝缘电力电缆和附件典型的故障现象和特征进行统计,分析寒冷环境导致电力电缆外护套开裂的影响因素,阐述材料物理机械性能、加工工艺、外部机械力、环境、电缆结构等因素造成外护套开裂的机理,并提出应对建议。The fault rate of power cables in the cold regions of northern China is relatively high,and the types of faults are also different from those in the southern regions.In order to improve the reliability of power cable transmission in cold regions,the typical faults of power cables and accessories in cold environments in recent years have been investigated.Statistical analysis was conducted on typical fault phenomena and characteristics of insulated power cables and accessories.The influencing factors of power cable outer sheath cracking caused by cold environment were analyzed.The mechanism and response suggestions of outer sheath cracking caused by factors such as material physical and mechanical properties,processing technology,external mechanical forces,environment,and cable structure were proposed.
