摘　　要：对一起换流站500 kV断路器内部闪络放电故障进行分析,结合故障发生时保护动作情况、断路器电气试验数据、电网的接线情况以及断路器返厂解体情况,综合分析确定故障原因。为避免发生此类故障,提出强化变电站新设备投产安全质量管控、增加带电局放检测试验频次、建立质量追溯机制等故障防范措施,保障电力系统的安全性和可靠性。Analyzes a flashover discharge fault in a 500 kV circuit breaker of converter station,according to the protection action,the circuit breaker electrical test data,the wiring of the power grid and the circuit breaker disassembly,the causes of the fault are analyzed and determined.In order to avoid this kind of fault,some preventive measures are put forward,such as strengthening the safety and quality control of new equipment in substation,increasing the frequency of live partial discharge test,establishing the quality traceability mechanism,ensure the safety and reliability of power system.
