摘  要:探讨了两极、四极汽轮发电机转子平衡刚度的设计方法,并结合经典力学理论-惯性矩绕轴旋转转换方程分析了两极、四极汽轮发电机转子平衡刚度的设计理念。同时,采用计算机辅助设计技术对转子惯性矩绕定轴旋转后的变化规律进行了仿真,验证了理论分析的有效性。研究表明,两极汽轮发电机转子极心、极间刚度存有差异,需根据机组容量、制造经验选择合适的刚度补偿方法,而四极汽轮发电机转子惯性矩没有差异,无需进行刚度补偿。The rotor balance stiffness design of two poles turbo-generator and four poles turbo-generator were discussed in this paper.The design theory of balance stiffness for turbo-generator rotor was analyzed based on rotation axis formulas of inertia moment.In addition,the variation curve about inertia moment rotating on centroid axis was simulated by CAD(computer aided design)techniques to verify the effectiveness of theoretical analyses.According to the research,it is necessary to choose appropriate stiffness compensation method due to the difference of inertia moment for rotor of two poles turbo-generator while the rotor of four poles turbo-generator doesn’t need to compensate stiffness because there is no difference about inertia moment.
