摘  要:针对传统超声流量测量系统数据记录容量小,参数记录不完整,数据存储实时性低,数据存储安全性不够高的问题,提出了基于FPGA的超声波流量测量仪数据存储系统设计方案。文中采用SDIO总线与数据存储系统进行数据交互,RS422总线与数据分析设备进行数据传输,SD NAND FLASH作为存储单元,设计了采集模块、时钟控制、实时处理、数据融合等功能模块。实验测试结果表明:数据传输误码率低于0.05%,在高低温、高冲击等恶劣实验环境下正常存储数据,具有操作简单、工作稳定、集成度高的优点。Aiming at the small data recording capacity,incomplete parameter recording,low real-time data storage and low security of data storage in traditional ultrasonic flow measurement system,a data storage system design scheme of ultrasonic flow measurement instrument based on FPGA was proposed.In this paper,SDIO bus was used for data interaction with data storage system,RS422 bus was used for data transmission with data analysis equipment,SD NAND FLASH were used as storage units,and functional modules such as acquisition module,clock control,real-time processing and data fusion were designed.The experi-mental test results show that the bit error rate of data transmission is less than 0.05%,and the normal storage of data in the harsh experimental environment such as high temperature and low temperature,high impact,has the advantages of simple operation,sta-ble work and high integration.
