摘 要:针对无人机综合测试领域对复杂温度环境下模拟量信号输出的精度以及通道数量的需求,设计了一种宽温度范围下多通道高精度模拟量输出板卡。系统采用FPGA作为主控单元,使用分辨率为16位的D/A转换器AD5372,利用DS18B20温度传感器实时监测系统工作温度,进行模拟量输出的温度校准,最终实现在0~85℃条件下精准输出64路模拟量信号,输出范围在-10~10 V。为提高通用性和标准性,系统支持千兆以太网、LVDS、RS4223种数据通讯接口,并配备上位机软件实现人机交互。经实际工程验证,在0~85℃条件下输出的模拟量信号误差均在±0.5 mV以内,符合系统设计指标,为无人机测试领域产生多通道高质量的模拟量信号提供了成熟可靠的工程化解决方案。Aiming at the requirements of the accuracy of analog signal output and the number of channels in complex temperature environment in the field of unmanned aerial vehicle comprehensive test,a multi-channel high-precision analog output board in a wide temperature range was designed.The system used FPGA as the main control unit,used a 16-bit D/A converter AD5372,used DS18B20 temperature sensor to monitor the working temperature of the system in real time,and calibrated the temperature of the analog output.Finally,64 analog signals were accurately output at 0~85℃,and the output range was-10~10 V.In order to improve the versatility and standard,the system supported three data communication interfaces of Gigabit Ethernet,LVDS and RS422,and was equipped with host computer software to realize human-computer interaction.Through practical engineering verification,the error of the output analog signal under the condition of 0~85℃is within±0.5 mV,which meets the system design index,and provides a reliable engineering solution for generating multi-channel high-quality analog signals in the field of unmanned aerial vehicle testing.
