摘　　要：目的临床诊断和治疗依赖于检验结果,血检作为临床检验重要的一项内容,血样质量的高低直接影响血检结果的准确性。鉴于此,本研究深入探讨真空采血中溶血现象的原因及预防措施。方法收集门诊采血数据,分析溶血率及原因,并采取预防措施,通过对比实施措施前后的溶血情况,推断预防措施的有效性。结论质量可靠的采血管、规范采血流程等预防措施均可有效预防溶血,为临床提供优质的血标本,进而提供更准确的检验数据指导临床诊疗。Objective Clinical diagnosis and treatment rely on test results,and blood testing is an important part of clinical testing.The quality of blood samples directly affects the accuracy of blood test results.This study delves into the causes and preventive measures of hemolysis in vacuum blood collection.Methods By collecting outpatient blood collection data,analyzing the hemolysis rate and reasons,and taking preventive measures,hemolysis situation before and after the implementation of the measures were compared to determine the effectiveness of the preventive measures.Conclusion Preventive measures such as high-quality and reliable blood collection vessels and standardized blood collection procedures can effectively prevent hemolysis,provide high-quality blood samples for clinical practice,and provide more accurate test data to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
