摘　　要：运用工业4.0的一对一定制方式,采用架桥技术,将车间大货生产的材料和工艺按照同等条件进行模拟操作,取得精准的染色配方。染色配方再转入染色中央集中控制系统,使车间染色一次成功,提高染色一次成功率。Using Industry 4.0 one-to-one customization and bridging techniques,the materials and processes pro-duced by the bulk of the workshop are simulated under the same conditions to obtain accurate dyeing formulations.The dyeing formulations then transferred to the centralized dyeing control system,enabling the workshop to successfully dye once and increasing the success rate of dyeing once.
