摘　　要：有机胶水应用于建筑板材的生产中往往存在长期化学稳定性差,易燃,污染环境等缺陷,而地聚物材料具有环境友好的特点,具有替代有机胶水的应用前景。本文使用偏高岭土地聚物材料作为无机黏结剂,以景德镇日用废瓷作为骨料制备建筑板材。研究表明,当水固比为0.28,SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)为4.47,K_(2)SiO_(3)含量为4.5%时,养护14天后,可获得抗折强度为46.2 MPa,7天浸泡后溢出碱金属离子含量为12400 mg/L的免烧建筑装饰板材。Organic glue applied in the production of building boards often shows poor chemical stability,flammable,environmental pollution and other defects,while the geopolymer material has alternative character as environmentally friendly.This study investigates preparation of non-firing building board with waste porcelain from Jingdezhen as filler and metakaolin geopolymer as inorganic binder.Results showed that non-firing building plate whose flexural strength was 46.2 MPa and leaking alkali concentration during 7 days immersing was 12400 mg/L was obtained after 14 days soaking when the water solid ratio was 4.47 and the silicate potassium was 4.5%.
