摘　　要：为满足核仪表系统(RPN)中间量程高压板件元器件质量的检测需要,替代手工测量、提高测试效率,设计基于LabVIEW的RPN中间量程高压板件检测系统,完成电路板的全功能验证和状态评估的一体化自动测试。LabVIEW的使用使得系统具有较强的二次开发性,用户可根据实际情况进行功能的修改、添加。在本文中,首先对系统需求进行分析,其次针对系统需求进行系统设计与实现,最后进行系统测试与数据分析,验证了系统设计的可行性与准确性。In order to satisfy the quality testing needs of nuclear instrumentation system(RPN)intermediate range high pressure plate components,replace manual measurement and improve testing efficiency,the RPN intermediate range high pressure plate detection system based on LabVIEW is designed to complete the integrated automatic test of full-function verification and state assessment of circuit boards.The use of LabVIEW also makes the system has a strong secondary development,users can modify and add functions according to the actual situation.In this paper,firstly,the system requirements are analyzed.Secondly,the system design and implementation are carried out according to the system requirements,and finally the system testing and data analysis are carried out to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the system design.
