摘  要:为了满足反应堆工程大口径管道钠流量计的使用需求,采用有限元电磁软件ANSYS Maxwell研究了一种基于串联结构大口径管道钠流量计。所设计的大口径管道钠流量计由双磁钢串联组成,可用于测量管道直径150 mm的管道液态钠流量。通过分析调整其关键尺寸参数,最终获得了均匀度好、磁感应强度强的大口径管道钠流量计。研究结果可以看出,磁感应强度仿真和实测结果符合较好,采用的仿真方法正确,所设计的大口径管道钠流量计满足工程管道大流量测量需求,对后续大口径管道钠流量计设计具有一定的参考意义。In order to meet the requirements of large diameter pipeline sodium flowmeter in reactor engineering,a large diameter sodium flowmeter based on series structure was studied by using electromagnetic software ANSYS Maxwell.The designed large diameter pipeline sodium flowmeter is composed of two magnetic steel in series,which can be used to measure the liquid sodium flow of 150mm pipeline.By analyzing and adjusting its key dimension parameters,a large diameter sodium flowmeter with good uniformity and strong magnetic induction is obtained.The results show that,magnetic induction intensity simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results,and the simulation model adopted is correct.The designed large diameter pipeline sodium flowmeter can meet the large flow measurement requirements of engineering pipelines,and has certain reference significance for the subsequent design of large diameter pipeline sodium flowmeter.
