摘  要:针对传统油液粘度密度检测方法存在检测准确率低,导致检测油品检测效果不佳的问题,以石英音叉传感器为研究对象,设计一个基于嵌入式系统的油液粘度密度检测系统。首先,对油液粘度密度检测系统进行整体设计;然后分别采用微控制器、阻抗转换器和继电器等数字芯片进行检测系统硬件电路设计;最后将石英音叉传感器应用到油液粘度密度检测中,采用图像化编程软件实现检测系统的上位机界面设计,由此实现油液粘度密度检测结果展示。系统测试表明,粘度范围在(0~16)cP时,系统测量相对误差控制在5.18%~5.64%范围内;当密度范围为(820~950)kg/m~3时,系统测量相对误差范围为5.93%~6.55%。由此分析可知,设计的系统进行油液粘度密度的检测精度较高,可取得较好的检测结果,系统具备一定的有效性。In response to the problem of low detection accuracy in traditional oil viscosity and density detection methods,which leads to poor oil detection performance,a quartz tuning fork sensor is designed as the research object to design an oil viscosity and density detection system based on an embedded system.Firstly,overall design the oil viscosity and density detection system;Then,digital chips such as microcontrollers,impedance converters,and relays are used to design the hardware circuit of the detection system;Finally,the quartz tuning fork sensor is applied to the detection of oil viscosity and density,and the upper computer interface of the detection system is designed using graphical programming software,thereby achieving the display of oil viscosity and density detection results.The system test shows that when the viscosity range is(0~16) cP,the relative error of system measurement is controlled within the range of 5.18%~5.64%;when the density range is(820~950) kg/m~3,the relative error range of system measurement is 5.93%~6.55%.This analysis shows that the designed system detects the oil viscosity density more accurately,and can achieve better detection results,and the system has certain effectiveness.
