摘　　要：民族医疗机构制剂作为上市药品的重要补充,因疗效确切、价格低廉,深受广大牧区人民群众认可。应用传统工艺配制的医疗机构制剂实施备案管理以来,制剂品种、备案数量大幅增长,极大地推动了青海省民族医药事业健康发展,为广大牧区藏族群众安全用药提供了强有力保障。文章梳理了青海省医疗机构制剂室发展的现状,分析了制剂室发展存在的问题,并提出了青海省医疗机构制剂高质量发展的建议与对策。Medical institution preparations,as an important supplement to marketed drugs,are widely recognized by the people of pastoral areas due to their precise therapeutic effects and low prices.Since the implementation of registration management for medical institutions using traditional techniques to prepare preparations,the variety and quantity of preparations have significantly increased,greatly promoting the healthy development of ethnic medicine in Qinghai Province and providing strong guarantees for the safe use of drugs by the Tibetan people in pastoral areas.The article summarizes the current situation of the development of pharmaceutical preparation rooms in medical institutions in Qinghai Province,analyzes the problems in the development of pharmaceutical preparation rooms,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures for the high-quality development of pharmaceutical preparations in medical institutions in Qinghai Province.
