摘　　要：科技成果登记统计是科技成果管理工作的重要组成部分,也是享受有关优惠政策、开展技术交易和申报科技奖励的主要依据。文章通过统计分析2016年以来西宁地区登记统计的科技成果数据及其变化情况,以期全面真实地反映西宁地区科技成果登记统计情况,为科研管理及科技成果相关政策的制订提供参考。The registration and statistics of scientific and technological achievements is an important part of the management of scientific and technological achievements,and it is also the main basis for enjoying relevant preferential policies,carrying out technology transactions and applying for science and technology awards.This paper studies and analyzes the registered statistical data and changes of the scientific and technological achievements in Xining since 2016,in order to fully and truly reflect the registration and statistics of the scientific and technological achievements in Xining,and provide reference for scientific research management and the formulation of policies related to scientific and technological achievements.
