摘 要:采用溶液共混法制备了TPU/SiO_(2)复合材料;探讨了纳米白炭黑用量及其表面特性对TPU/SiO_(2)撕裂强度及撕裂切口敏感性的影响。结果表明,与空白试样相比,白炭黑补强TPU撕裂性能显著提高,切口敏感性显著下降;在一定范围内,TPU/SiO_(2)撕裂性能及切口强度均随白炭黑粒子比表面积及用量的增大先升高后降低。与亲水型白炭黑相比,疏水性白炭黑补强TPU/SiO_(2)抗撕裂效果较佳。TPU/SiO_(2)composites were prepared by solution blending.The effects of silica dosage and surface properties on the tear strength and tear cut sensitivity of TPU/SiO_(2)were discussed.The results showed that compared with the blank sample,the tear property of silica reinforced TPU was significantly improved,and the tear sensitivity was significantly reduced.Within a certain range,the tearing performance and cut strength of TPU/SiO_(2)increased first and then decreased with the increase of the specific surface area and dosage of silica particles.Compared with hydrophilic silica,hydrophobic silica reinforced TPU/SiO_(2)had better tear resistance.
