摘 要:为了探讨职业压力对女性律师职业幸福感的影响及机制,本研究使用职业压力量表、社会支持量表和职业幸福感量表对女性律师进行了调查。研究结果表明:(1)职业压力与社会支持、职业幸福感均呈显著负相关;(2)结构方程模型分析显示,职业压力不仅能够直接负向预测职业幸福感,还能够通过中介作用间接负向预测职业幸福感,该中介作用包括四条路径:职业压力-情绪支持的中介效应、职业压力-信息支持的中介效应、职业压力-评价支持的中介效应、职业压力-物质支持的中介效应;(3)多群组恒等性检验表明,不同受教育程度、婚姻状态和执业年限的女性律师群体的结构模型具有恒等性。因此,职业压力对女性律师职业幸福感的作用机制有两种方式:一是表现为职业压力对女性律师职业幸福感的直接效应,二是表现为职业压力通过社会支持进一步影响职业幸福感的间接效应。To explore the impact of occupational stress on the occupational well-being of female lawyers and its mechanism,322 female lawyers were surveyed by using the Occupational Stress Scale,Social Support Scale and Occupational Happiness Scale.The results are as follows:(1)occupational stress is negatively correlated with social support and occupational well-being.(2)Structural equation modeling analysis shows that occupational stress can not only directly predict negative occupational happiness,but also indirectly predict negative occupational happiness through mediation.,and the mediation includes four paths:the mediating effect of occupational stress-emotional support,occupational stress-information support,occupational stress-appraisal support,occupational stress-support,and occupational stress-appraisal support.evaluation support mediation effect,and occupational stress-material support mediation effect.(3)The test of constancy of multiple clusters shows that the structural model of female lawyer’groups with different education levels,marital statuses and years of practice have constancy.The mechanism of occupational stress on female lawyers’occupational well-being works in two ways:on the one hand,it is manifested as the direct effect of occupational stress on female lawyers’occupational well-being;on the other hand,it is manifested as the indirect effect of occupational stress that further affects occupational well-being through social support.
