对美实施贸易限制抑制了中国自美国的中间品进口吗?  

Do Trade Restrictions on the United States Restrain China’s Imports of Intermediate Goods from the United States?

摘　　要：本文基于中国进口中间品HS 8位码月度产品数据和中国对美国加征关税产品清单,利用双重差分模型,考察了第一轮第二批对美国加征反制关税措施对中国自美中间品进口贸易的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:关税反制措施显著降低了中国自美国中间品的进口额和进口量,贸易限制效应显著;第一轮第二批关税反制措施对半成品类和初级品类中间品的贸易限制作用更大;关税反制措施未显著降低来自美国的中间品的价格。Based on the monthly HS8 code product data of China’s imports of intermediate goods and the list of products that China has imposed tariffs on the United States this paper uses the DID model to investigate the impact of the first round of the second batch of antitariff measures imposed on the United States.Research has found that tariff countermeasures have significantly reduced China’s imports of intermediate goods from the United States resulting in significant trade restrictions;The first and second batch of tariff countermeasures have a greater restrictive effect on the semi-finished and raw material intermediate goods;tariff countermeasures did not significantly reduce the prices of intermediate products from the United States.
