碱性淀粉酶在棉机织物汽蒸退煮一步工艺中的应用

摘  要:采用碱性淀粉酶JN20/精练酶BioPrep■Fusion复配对棉织物进行汽蒸退煮一步前处理,优化工艺为:碱性淀粉酶JN200.5 g/L、精练酶BioPrep■Fusion 10 g/L、酶液pH 8、轧酶温度60℃、汽蒸温度80℃、汽蒸时间60 min。采用该工艺处理的织物退浆率达98.25%,退浆等级8级,果胶去除率为85.26%,毛效可达14.6 cm,退浆和精练效果都非常好。相较于碱法煮练工艺,碱性淀粉酶JN20/精练酶BioPrep®Fusion复配汽蒸退煮一步工艺对织物强力损伤更小。Cotton fabric is treated with alkaline amylase JN20/scouring enzyme BioPrep■Fusion complex in onestep steaming and desizing process.The optimized process is alkaline amylase JN200.5 g/L,scouring enzyme BioPrep■Fusion 10 g/L,enzyme liquor pH 8,padding enzyme temperature 60℃,steaming temperature 80℃,steaming time 60 min.The desizing and scouring effects of the fabric treated by this process are very good.The desizing rate is 98.25%,the desizing grade is 8,the pectin removal rate is 85.26%,and the capillary effect is 14.6 cm.Compared with alkaline scouring process,alkaline amylase JN20/scouring enzyme BioPrep®Fusion combined with one-step steaming and desizing process has less damage to fabric strength.
