摘 要:我国新能源汽车的发展如火如荼,其产销数据呈现爆发式增长的态势。然而新能源汽车的续航里程不足容易引发用户的续航焦虑症,并带来出行的不便。因此新能源汽车公司都在努力提升车辆续航里程,使用轻量化零部件替代传统零部件是热门方案之一。铝合金零部件可以兼顾产品性能、成本和工艺性等方面需求,开发应用潜力巨大。文章从铝合金的高压压铸成型、挤压成型和冲压成型3种工艺方向着手,对铝合金在汽车车身零部件中的应用与发展进行综述。The development of new energy vehicles in China is in full swing,and their production and sales data shows an explosive growth trend.However,the insufficient range of new energy vehicles can easily lead to user anxiety and inconvenience in travel.Therefore,new energy vehicle companies are striving to increase their vehicle range,and using lightweight components to replace traditional components is one of the popular solutions.Aluminum alloy components can meet the requirements of product performance,cost,and processability,and have great potential for development and application.The article reviews the application and development of aluminum alloys in automotive body components from three process directions:high-pressure casting,extrusion molding,and stamping molding.
