摘  要:针对膜蒸馏技术特点及现阶段研究进展与热点问题进行综述,从膜材质特性、膜润湿及污染、膜材料改性、在油气田采出水中的研究及应用等方面梳理膜蒸馏技术的最新研究进展。发现膜蒸馏技术在处理油田采出水方面有着巨大的应用潜力,通过利用低品位热能、耦合其它工艺可以改善膜蒸馏技术的耗能限制。对膜材料进行改进获得高通量、抗污染的疏水膜是实现膜蒸馏技术工业化应用的关键。This paper reviews the characteristics of membrane distillation technology and the current research progress and hot issues,and compares the latest research progress of membrane distillation technology in terms of membrane material characteristics,membrane wetting and pollution,membrane material modification,research and application in oil and gas field produced water,etc.Membrane distillation technology was found to have great potential for the treatment of oilfield talent effluent,and the energy consumption limitation of membrane distillation technology can be improved by using low-grade thermal energy and coupling other processes.The improvement of membrane materials to obtain high flux and pollution resistant hydrophobic membranes is the key to achieve industrial application of membrane distillation technology.
