摘 要:通过对减阻剂浓度、防膨剂浓度和助排剂浓度的优化研究,形成非交联体系中高黏滑溜水配方为0.10%~0.30%减阻剂+0.20%防膨剂+0.10%助排剂和低黏滑溜水配方为0.08%~0.10%减阻剂+0.10%防膨剂。此外对低中高黏滑溜水进行了携砂、降阻、破胶、岩心伤害性能系统性评价,并在X平台三口致密油井和HZ区块五口页岩油井进行了现场试验,应用效果良好。By optimizing the concentration of drag reducer,swelling inhibitor and drainage aid,the formulation of high viscosity slippery water in non-crosslinked system was formed,0.10%~0.30%drag reducer+0.20%swelling inhibitor+0.10%drainage aid and the formulation of low viscosity slippery water,0.08%~0.10%drag reducer+0.10%swelling inhibitor.In addition,the performance of sand carrying,drag reduction,rubber breaking and core damage of low,medium and high viscosity slippery water was systematically evaluated.Field tests were carried out on three tight oil wells in X platform and five shale oil wells in HZ block,and the application results were good.
