摘  要:光卤石“反浮选—冷结晶”法生产氯化钾工艺以低钠光卤石完全分解为最理想状态,整个工艺氯化钾收率最高,但在实际生产中,为兼顾产品质量以及工艺条件的变化、光卤石原矿组成的变化、操作人员的经验等,分解工序中的加水量难免会产生偏差。文章通过计算比较说明:当加水量为所投入低钠光卤石矿重量的46%~55%时,总回收率最高,且后续工序作业效果最佳,产品质量最高。The process of producing potassium chloride using the“reverse flotation-cold crystallization”method of halogen stone is ideal state for the complete decomposition of low sodium carnallite,with the highest yield of KCl in the entire process.However,in actual production,to take into account changes in product quality and process conditions,changes in the composition of carnallite raw ore,and the experience of operators,the amount of water added in the decomposition process is inevitably biased.This article showed through calculation and comparison that when the amount of water added is 46%to 55%of the weight of the low sodium carnallite ore input,the total recovery rate is the highest,and the subsequent process operation effect is the best,resulting in the highest product quality.
