摘  要:简述了工业无水硫酸钠产品生产过程中,水不溶物检测方法对工业无水硫酸钠产品质量控制的影响,提出了工业无水硫酸钠产品中的水不溶物含量的快速测定方法——微波快速干燥法。文章从微波选择、干燥时间、结果测定、与国标法测定结果比较、准确度和精密度测定、回收率试验等方面进行了相关实验,证明了微波快速干燥法具有快速简便、结果准确、精密度高的优点,在保障工业无水硫酸钠产品生产控制及质量保障等方面具有较强的实用性。The influence of water-insoluble substance detection methods on the quality control of industrial anhydrous sodium sulfate products in the production process is briefly described,a rapid method for the determination of water-insoluble matter in industrial anhydrous sodium sulfate products is proposed——Microwave rapid drying method.In this article,the relevant experiments have been carried out from the aspects of microwave selection,drying time,determination of results,comparison of results with national standard method,determination of accuracy and precision,recovery test,etc.,it is proved that the rapid microwave drying method has the advantages of rapidity,simplicity,accuracy and high precision.It is practical in the production control and quality assurance of industrial anhydrous sodium sulfate.
