摘　　要：以《汶川特大地震抗震救灾志》的启动为标志,重大专题志迅速在国内方志界风靡。它与传统志书在时空方面差异很大,打破了志书“不越境而书”的惯例,在篇目设计、具体编纂上也较传统志书有所创新,但这种创新不能超越地方志编纂的底线。在工作模式上则应早启动,在事件发生的过程中就要介入,并以提高效率为要旨,在尽可能短的时间内高质量完成志书编纂。资料上则因需要择取新闻报道和群众口碑,具有因时性的特点,缺乏历史沉淀,相对于传统志书尤需要编者对资料加以慎重整理、鉴别和选取,坚持宁缺无错的记载原则。With the start of the Records of Rescue and Relief after the Wenchuan Earthquake,records on major specialized themes have been mushrooming in the field of Chinese local chronicles.Quite different from traditional chronicles in terms of time and space,it breaks the convention of"not writing about things beyond the boundaries of a place when compiling a chronicle."Innovations are evident in both its design of entries and details of compilation,but such innovations still follow the basic criteria of local chronicle compilation.In terms of working methods,starting as early as possible and intervention in the process of an event are necessary,while efforts should focus on improving efficiency so as to complete a high-quality chronicle in the shortest possible time.Regarding the collection of materials,this kind of records lack a rich historical heritage and feature a prominent characteristic,namely timeliness,since it requires selecting news reports and public opinions.Compared to traditional chronicle compilation,discreet sorting,identification,and selection of materials are particularly needed,while the principle of preferring omission to error should be rigorously followed.
