摘 要:为赋予棉织物超疏水性能,研究了纤维素乙酰乙酸酯成膜剂与十八烷基伯胺、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、纳米二氧化硅协同作用对棉织物疏水性能的影响。结果表明,当纤维素乙酰乙酸酯溶液轧液率为80%、疏水整理剂(其中十八烷基伯胺用量为7%,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷用量为1%,纳米二氧化硅AEROSIL^(■)R812用量为1.5%,纳米二氧化硅AEROSIL^(■)R8200用量为0.5%)轧液率为70%、预烘温度为80℃、焙烘温度为120℃时,整理棉织物与水滴静态接触角高达154°,滚动角10°,超疏水性能良好。In order to endow cotton fabrics with superhydrophobic properties,the synergistic effect of cel⁃lulose acetylacetate film forming agent with octadecylamine,3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane,and nano silica on the hydrophobic properties of cotton fabrics was studied.The results showed that when the rolling rate of cel⁃lulose acetoacetate aqueous solution was 80%,the rolling rate of hydrophobic finishing agent was 70%,among them,the dosage of octadecylamine was 7%,the dosage of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane was 1%,and the dosage of nano silica AEROSIL^(■)R812 was 1.5%,the dosage of nano silica AEROSIL^(■)R8200 was 0.5%,the pre⁃drying temperature was 80℃,and the baking temperature was 120℃,the static contact angle of treated cot⁃ton could reach up to 154°,while its sliding angle could be low to 10°illustrating the treated cotton was super⁃hydrophobic.
