摘  要:本文简述了燃料电池扩散层用碳纤维纸制备工艺存在的关键问题,综述了利用化学和物理方法优化碳纤维在水中分散性能的研究进展,重点介绍了在湿法制备工艺过程中,添加分散剂、碳纤维表面改性和使用物理分散技术,对碳纤维在水中分散性能的影响因素,以及各种分散方法的优缺点,为制备碳纤维纸的试剂选择和工艺改进提供一定的参考。In this paper,the key problems in the preparation process of carbon fiber paper for fuel cell diffusion layer were briefly described,the research progress in optimizing the dispersion property of carbon fiber in water via chemical and physical methods was summarized.And the factors affecting the dispersion property of carbon fiber in water and the advantages and disadvantages of the various dispersion methods were reviewed,such as the addition of dispersant,surface modification of carbon fiber and treatment by physical dispersion technology dur-ing wet preparation process.As well as the certain references for the preparation of carbon fiber paper and reagent selection and process im-provement were provied.
