对不同粉磨方式及比表面积的矿渣粉制备超细水泥的研究

摘  要:将物料按照设计超细水泥配比方案,放入试验小磨共同粉磨至规定比表面积配制的超细水泥,随着比表面积的增加,凝结时间逐渐变短,早期强度增长明显,后期强度增长较为缓慢;单独粉磨矿渣粉配制的超细水泥,随着比表面积的增加,凝结时间逐渐变长,早期强度的增长不如共同粉磨配制的超细水泥,而后期强度增长优于共同粉磨的水泥。According to the designed superfine cement ratio scheme,the materials were put into the test mill and ground together to the specified specific surface area of the superfine cement.With the increase of specific surface area,the setting time of cement gradually became shorter,the strength of cement increased obviously in the early stage,but increased slowly in the later stage.However,the setting time of the ultrafine cement prepared by grinding slag powder alone gradually became longer with the increase of specific surface area.The strength growth of the ultrafine cement prepared by grinding slag powder alone was not as good as that of the ultrafine cement prepared by common grinding in the early stage,but the strength growth in the late stage was better than that of the cement prepared by common grinding.
