西南地区民族村寨产业振兴:现实困境与破解之策——以贵州黔东南州乃寿村为例

摘　　要：乃寿村产业振兴虽然面临交通不便、生产条件恶劣、生活空间受限、产业效益低下、经济形态滞后和生态政策约束等现实困境,但具有自然生态良好、民族文化浓郁和人民淳朴勤劳等比较优势,其产业振兴应重新选择主导产业、加快培育新兴产业、有效进行产业整合和探索创新旅游业态。西南地区广泛分布着众多与乃寿村类似的民族村寨,其发展条件、产业基础、产业历程和发展现状与乃寿村具有一定的相似性,其产业振兴的突围路径也应该从产业选择、产业创新、产业整合和业态创新等方面寻找突破口。The industrial revitalization of Naishou village is faced with practical predicaments such as inconvenient transportation,harsh production conditions,limited living space,low industrial efficiency,backward economic patterns and ecological policy constraints.However,it also has comparative advantages of good natural ecology,rich ethnic culture,and simple and hard-working people.Its industrial revitalization should focus on re-selecting leading industries,accelerating the cultivation of emerging industries,effectively integrating industries,and exploring innovative tourism formats.Like Naishou village,many similar ethnic villages are widely distributed in southwestern China,which have certain similarities in development conditions,foundations,processes,and current situations.The breakthrough path for their industrial revitalization should also be sought from aspects such as industry selection,industry innovation,industry integration,and format innovation.
