摘　　要：面对医药行业的数字化转型趋势,如何进行有效、合理的数字化转型,是医药企业当前面临的重要课题。近年来,重庆医药(集团)股份有限公司(以下简称重药控股)与信息化服务商北京英克信息科技有限公司进行战略合作,全面推动了数字化转型。本文介绍了重药控股数字化转型的建设情况,探讨了其在数字化转型过程中的战略选择、转型路径、实施策略、思考启示等,并提出了一体化平台的建设能为数字化转型提供有力支撑,有利于统一数据标准、提供数据基础,以期为医药流通行业以及其他相关企业的数字化转型提供参考与借鉴。Faced with the trend of digital transformation in the pharmaceutical industry,effectively and reasonably undertaking digital transformation is a crucial issue for pharmaceutical enterprises.In recent years,Chongqing Pharmaceutical(Group)Co.,Ltd.has engaged in strategic cooperation with information service provider Beijing Yingke Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,to comprehensively promoted digital transformation.This article introduces the construction status of digital transformation in the company,explores its strategic choices,transformation paths,implementation strategies,inspirations,etc.,during the digital transformation process.It proposes that the construction of an integrated platform can provide strong support for digital transformation,unify data standards,and establish a data foundation.The aim is to provide references and inspirations for the digital transformation of the pharmaceutical distribution industry and other related enterprises.
