摘　　要：水利工程建设是关系国计民生的重要工程项目,与社会大众日常生活息息相关。为确保水利工程建设项目顺利开展,就需要在施工前期做好对水利工程所处建设场地地质环境的全面勘察与处理工作,以免水利工程后期使用运行环节中出现地质问题,影响使用效果。从这一角度上来说,做好水利工程软土地基勘察与处理技术,对水利工程建设质量的提升有积极意义与价值。文章即尝试对软土地基基础特点进行分析,然后指出在水利工程软土地基勘察处理方面的关键要点,指出需要通过地质测绘、勘探点布置以及参数计算的方式,确保水利工程软土地基基础勘察工作的有效开展。同时配合勘察结果采取针对性的技术措施对软土地基基础进行针对性处理,对换填技术、垫层技术、加筋技术以及加载预压技术在软土地基处理中的应用内容进行分析,旨在进一步优化软土地基处理质量,为水利工程项目建设质量的提升奠定基础,值得引起业内关注。Water conservancy engineering construction is an important engineering project related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and is closely related to the daily life of the general public.To ensure the smooth implementation of water conservancy engineering construction projects,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive survey and treatment of the geological environment of the construction site where the water conservancy engineering is located in the early stages of construction,in order to avoid geological problems that may affect the effectiveness of the later use and operation of the water conservancy engineering.From this perspective,doing a good job in the investigation and treatment technology of soft soil foundation in hydraulic engineering has positive significance and value for improving the quality of hydraulic engineering construction.The article attempts to analyze the characteristics of soft soil foundation,and then points out the key points in the investigation and treatment of soft soil foundation in hydraulic engineering.It points out that geological surveying,exploration point layout,and parameter calculation are necessary to ensure the effective implementation of soft soil foundation investigation work in hydraulic engineering.At the same time,in conjunction with the survey results,targeted technical measures are taken to treat the soft soil foundation.The application content of replacement and filling technology,cushion technology,reinforcement technology,and loading preloading technology in soft soil foundation treatment is analyzed,with the aim of further optimizing the quality of soft soil foundation treatment and laying the foundation for improving the construction quality of water conservancy projects,which is worthy of industry attention.
