摘 要:铁稳态是维持机体正常生理状态的必要条件,机体内铁稳态失调(铁缺乏和铁超负载)将引起机体细胞的凋亡和生理状态的改变。调节铁稳态的分子机制与人类疾病密切相关,近年来关于铁调素参与铁稳态调节机制的研究日益增多,铁调素调控是铁稳态调节的重要环节。铁调素异常调控将导致机体多种疾病的发生,有多种与铁调素调控相关的贫血,可引起多种症状。未来对铁调素参与铁稳态的调节机制进行深入探索,可以寻找相关性贫血治疗的新靶点,为相关性贫血疾病的预防和治疗提供新的思路和策略。Iron homeostasis is a necessary condition to maintain the normal physiological state of the body.The disorder of iron homeostasis(iron deficiency and iron overload)will cause cell apoptosis and the change of physiological state.The molecular mechanism of regulation of iron homeostasis is closely related to human diseases.In recent years,there has been an increasing amount of research on the involvement of hepcidin in the regulation of iron homeostasis,and hepcidin regulation is an important link in iron homeostasis regulation.The abnormal regulation of hepcidin will lead to the occurrence of many diseases in the body.There are many types of anemia related to the regulation of hepcidin,which can cause many symptoms.In the future,in-depth exploration of the regulatory mechanism of hepcidin in iron homeostasis can identify new targets for the treatment of related anemia,providing new ideas and strategies for the prevention and treatment of associated anemia diseases.
