摘  要:传统的接触式生命体征监测仪器存在一些使用上的限制,如不便于操作和需要频繁更换传感器等问题。近年来,科研工作者一直致力于研究和探索基于光纤传感的生命体征监测方法,旨在寻求一种成本低廉、可靠性高且适用范围广泛的监测方法。基于光纤传感的生命体征监测方法在心率、呼吸、体温、血压及血糖等方面取得了显著的研究进展。这种基于光纤传感的监测方法可以实现非接触式监测,无须直接接触人体,从而减少对人体的不适感,其有望在临床医学和健康管理等领域得到更广泛的应用,并为人类健康提供更精准和舒适的监测和预警手段。There are some limitations in the use of traditional contact vital signs monitoring instruments,such as inconvenient operation and frequent replacement of sensors.In recent years,researchers have been devoted to the research and exploration of vital signs monitoring methods based on optical fiber sensing,aiming at finding a monitoring method with low-cost,high-reliability and wide scope of application.The vital signs monitoring method based on optical fiber sensing has made remarkable research progress in heart rate,respiration,body temperature,blood pressure and blood sugar.This monitoring method based on optical fiber sensing can realize non-contact monitoring without direct contact with human body,thus reducing the discomfort to the objects.It is expected to be widely used in the fields of clinical medicine and health management,and provide more accurate and comfortable monitoring and early warning means for human health.
