腋皱襞小切口翻转皮瓣法治疗腋臭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腋皱襞小切口翻转皮瓣法治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法分析2019年6月至2023年6月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉市中心医院整形外科行手术治疗腋臭的患者398例,根据手术方式的不同分为观察组(采用腋皱襞小切口翻转皮瓣法治疗,213例)和对照组(采用负压抽吸法治疗,185例)。分析两组患者的治疗效果、围手术期并发症发生情况及对治疗的满意度。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.65%(208/213),明显高于对照组的91.89%(170/185),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组围手术期并发症发生率为13.15%(28/213),与对照组的9.19%(17/185)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者对治疗的总满意度为97.65%(208/213),明显高于对照组的89.19%(165/185),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腋皱襞小切口翻转皮瓣法治疗腋臭可提升治疗效果,安全性高,值得临床应用。Objective To study the clinical application value of Small incision flipping flap method at The axillary folds for the treatment of axillary bromhidrosis.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 398 patients with axillary bromhidrosis who underwent plastic surgery at Wuhan Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2023.They were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The observation group(using small incision flipping flap method at the axillary folds)had 213 cases,and the control group(using negative pressure suction method)had 185 cases.The treatment effects of different methods were analyzed.Result The effective rate of the observation group was 208/213(97.65%),which was higher than that of the control group 170/185(91.89%,P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 28/213(13.15%),similar to that of control group of 17/185(9.19%,P>0.05).The total satisfaction with treatment in the observation group was 208/213(97.65%),which was higher than that in the control group 165/185(89.19%,P<0.05).Conclusion The small incision flipping flap method at The axillary folds is recommended for the treatment of axillary bromhidrosis,which can improve the treatment effect and has high safety.
