中医药在绝经期女性牙周炎防治中的研究进展

摘　　要：牙周炎是一种慢性感染性疾病,可造成牙周支持组织破坏,是导致我国成年人失牙的首要原因,并与全身健康密切相关。牙周炎在绝经期女性中多发,对女性的口腔健康状况和生活质量造成严重影响。尽管西医对牙周炎有一定的治疗效果,但长期使用抗菌药物易产生耐药性,还可能会诱发多种不良反应。中药产自天然,富含多种活性成分,在调节免疫、改善体内炎症反应、减少牙槽骨吸收、促进牙周组织修复再生等方面作用良好,且凭借不良反应小、生产成本低等优势得到了学者们的广泛关注,用于防治绝经期女性牙周炎前景广阔。本文就近年来中医药在绝经期女性牙周炎的病因、治疗机制及绝经期女性与其他人群牙周炎的临床研究做一综述,为绝经期女性牙周炎的防治提供思路。Periodontitis is a chronic infectious diseases,which can destroy periodontal support tissue.It is the primary cause of tooth loss in adults in China,and is closely related to general health.Periodontitis is more common in menopausal women and has a serious impact on their oral health and quality of life.Although Western medicine has certain therapeutic effects on periodontitis,long-term use of antibiotics can easily lead to drug resistance,and may also induce various adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine is produced naturally and rich in various active ingredients,exerting good effects in regulating immunity,improving inflammation in the body,reducing alveolar bone resorption,promoting periodontal tissue repair and regeneration.In addition,it has gained widespread attention from scholars due to its advantages of small adverse reactions and low production costs,with broad prospects for preventing and treating periodontitis in menopausal women.This article summarizes the etiology and treatment mechanism of periodontitis of menopausal women in traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the clinical studies on periodontitis in menopausal women and other populations in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,providing ideas for the prevention and treatment of periodontitis in menopausal women compared to other populations.
