摘　　要：女性在未能成功避孕后可选择人工流产术终止妊娠,不仅手术时间短、成功率高,还可避免不全流产的发生。但传统的人工流产术会使患者感到疼痛和不适,对患者的身体和精神都会造成很大的创伤。随着无痛技术的推进和舒适化医疗的发展,越来越多的女性会选择无痛人工流产术来减轻其生理上的疼痛和心理上的负担。本文对近年来无痛人工流产术中麻醉药物的应用情况进行分析和总结,为麻醉医师在无痛人工流产术中药物的使用提供参考。Women who have failed contraception can choose induced abortion to terminate their pregnancy.Induced abortion not only shortens the surgical time and has a high success rate,but also avoids the occurrence of incomplete abortion.However,traditional induced abortion can cause pain and discomfort to patients,causing significant physical and mental trauma.With the advancement of painless technology and the development of comfortable medical treatment,more and more women are choosing painless induced abortion to alleviate their physical pain and psychological burden.This article analyzes and summarizes the application of anesthetic drugs in painless induced abortion in recent years,to provide a reference the use of drugs in painless induced abortion by anesthesiologists.
