黄连生物碱治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病被认为是糖尿病最常见且最严重的并发症,严重影响糖尿病患者预后,甚至导致糖尿病患者病死。糖尿病肾病如未能得到及时有效救治,多数患者将出现终末期肾病,且显著增加并发心脑血管并发症可能性。现有研究已经开展了针对黄连及其有效成分,尤其是小檗碱的相关研究,证实了其可通过提高机体抗氧化能力,清除氧(羟)自由基,调节血脂代谢,增加胰岛素敏感性,降低胰岛素抵抗,提高血管内皮保护,调节肠道菌群等对抗糖尿病所示高血糖诱导的病理生理改变。在针对糖尿病肾病的治疗过程中使用黄连及其生物碱制剂治疗,具有良好的应用前景。Diabetic nephropathy is considered the most common and serious complication of diabetes,which seriously affects the prognosis of diabetes patients,and even leads to death of diabetes patients.If diabetic nephropathy is not treated effectively in time,most patients will have end-stage renal disease,and the possibility of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications will be significantly increased.As for the existing researches,relevant researches on Coptis chinensis and its active ingredient have been carried out,especially Berberine.These researches have confirmed that Coptis chinensis can fight against hyperglycemia-induced pathophysiological changes in diabetes by improving the antioxidant capacity of the body,eliminating oxygen(hydroxyl)free radicals,regulating blood lipid metabolism,increasing insulin insensitivity,reducing insulin resistance,improving vascular endothelial protection,regulating gut microbiota,etc.The use of Coptis chinensis and its alkaloids in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has good application prospects.
