摘　　要：目的探究中医药治疗血精症的用药规律,为临床用药提供依据。方法在中国知网中检索建库至2023年3月中医药治疗血精症的相关文献,建立处方用药数据库,使用Excel、SPSS等软件进行药物统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析等。结果共纳入文献90篇,收集处方98首,涉及中药167种,高频药物共27味,前五位依次是生地黄、黄柏、牡丹皮、甘草、墨旱莲;药物以清热药、止血药和补虚药为多,药性多寒、平,药味多甘、苦,归经入肝、肾两经为主;关联分析得到5对核心药对,其中“黄柏-知母”支持度和置信度均最高;聚类分析得到6类药物组方。结论中医药治疗血精症多从肝肾出发,清热止血补虚三法并用,二至丸合知柏地黄汤是治疗血精症的核心处方,临床上随证加减。Objective To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemospermia and provide a basis for clinical medication.Methods The relevant literature on the treatment of hematospermia with traditional Chinese medicine was retrieved on CNKI,with the retrieval time limit from the establishment of the database to March 2023.A prescription medication database was established,and software such as Excel and Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS)was used for drug statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,etc.Results A total of 90 articles were included,and 98 prescriptions were collected,involving 167 types of traditional Chinese medicine.A total of 27 high-frequency drugs were involved,with the top five being Radix rehmanniae,Cortex phellodendri,Cortex moutan,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,and Herba eclipta.The drugs mainly included heat-clearing drugs,hemostatic drugs,and tonifying drugs.The properties of the drugs are often cold and mild,and the taste is often sweet and bitter.They mainly belong to the liver and kidney meridians.Association analysis obtained 5 core drug pairs,with"Cortex phellodendri-Rhizoma Anemarrhenae"having the highest support and confidence levels.Cluster analysis yielded 6 types of drug formulations.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of hemospermia often starts from the liver and kidney and combines the three methods of clearing heat,stopping blood,and tonifying deficiency.The combination of Erzhi Pill and Zhibai Dihuang Decoction is the core prescription for the treatment of hemospermia and can be adjusted according to the symptoms in clinical practice.
