摘　　要：目的:分析1例安罗替尼致患者甲状腺功能减退(简称甲减)危象的临床诊疗过程,为临床使用安罗替尼患者防治甲减危象提供参考。方法:考察患者发生甲减危象前的用药状况,结合相关文献资料分析发生此药物不良反应的可疑药物,并开展解救治疗。结果:回顾患者近期用药变化,考虑此甲减危象为安罗替尼所致,遂立即停用安罗替尼,同时进行对症治疗,2周后患者基本恢复并出院;3个月后,尝试再次予患者安罗替尼,但再次出现乏力等症状,停药后症状消失。结论:癌症患者在使用安罗替尼治疗期间可能发生甲减,甚至甲减危象的风险,其间临床应密切注意患者体征并并监测其甲状腺功能,以便及时采取措施,防止发展成甲减危象。Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of one patient with hypothyroidism crisis caused by anlotinib,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of hypothyroidism crisis in patients using anlotinib in clinical practice.Methods:The medication status of patients before the onset of hypothyroidism crisis was investigated,combined with relevant literature data,the suspicious drugs that caused this adverse drug reaction were analyzed,and rescue treatment was carried out.Results:Reviewing recent medication changes in the patient,it was considered that the hypothyroidism crisis was caused by anlotinib.Therefore,anlotinib was immediately discontinued and symptomatic treatment was carried out.After 2 weeks,the patient basically recovered and was discharged.Three months later,it was attempted to administer anlotinib to the patient again,but symptoms such as fatigue reappeared and disappeared after discontinuing the drug.Conclusion:Cancer patients may experience a risk of hypothyroidism or even hypothyroidism crisis during the therapy with anlotinib.During this period,clinical attention should be paid to the physical signs of patients and thyroid function should be monitored so as to take timely measures to prevent the development of hypothyroidism crisis.
