摘 要:煤机铸件冶炼过程常用的增碳材料为石墨柱状增碳剂,价格较高,收得率不理想。为降低电弧炉炼钢的原材料成本,探索出更加适合格林公司电弧炉炼钢用的增碳材料,进行了煤质增碳剂试验。结果表明:煤质增碳剂在电弧炉炼钢过程中应用时,其收得率较石墨柱状增碳剂高,没有发现不良影响,且价格便宜,性价比高。10~20mm的煤质增碳剂平均收得率较石墨柱状增碳剂提高80.43%,吨钢增碳剂消耗成本降低16.98元,经济效益良好。The common carburizing material in the steel smelting process of coal machine castings is graphite column carburizing agent,the price is high and the yield is not ideal.In order to reduce the raw material cost of electric arc furnace steel-making,the carburizing experiment with the coal-based carburizer was carried out to explore the more suitable carburizing agent for the EAF steel-making process.The results show that the yield of the coal-based carburizer is higher than that of the graphite columnar carburizer.Because the coal-based carburizer is much cheaper,the cost performance of it is also much higher than the graphite columnar carburizer.Among them,the average yield of the coal-based carburizer in 10~20 mm size increased by 80.43%than that of the graphite columnar carburizer and the per ton carburant consumption cost reduced 16.98 yuan.
