摘  要:2023年3月,鄂城钢铁(以下简称鄂钢)烧结矿的低温还原粉化指标显著降低,造成高炉料柱上部透气性变差,影响高炉顺行。对2022年1月-2023年3月的烧结矿低温还原粉化率变化趋势进行分析发现:配矿结构、烧结矿FeO、碱度以及烧结矿成分变化是引起烧结矿低温还原粉化指标变差的主要因素。在后续生产中,通过采取提高磁精粉比例、优化FeO控制区间和提硅降铝等措施,有效改善了烧结矿低温还原粉化率指标,满足了高炉用矿要求。In March 2023,the low-temperature reduction pulverization index of the sintered ore of Echeng Iron and Steel(hereinafter referred to as Esteel)significantly decreased,resulting in poor permeability of the upper part of the blast furnace material column and affecting the smooth operation of the blast furnace.Analysis of the trend of low-temperature reduction pulverization rate of sintered ore from January 2022 to March 2023 reveals that changes in ore blending structure,Fe0 content,alkalinity,and composition of sintered ore are the main factors causing the deterioration of low-temperature reduction pulverization indicators of sintered ore.In the subsequent production,measures such as increasing the proportion of magnetic concentrate,optimizing the FeO control range,and increasing silicon and reducing aluminum were taken to effectively improve the low-temperature reduction pulverization rate index of sintered ore,meeting the requirements for blastfurnace ore.
