摘　　要：为实现1250m^(2)高炉快速达产,天津市新天钢联合特钢公司有限公司制定了合理有效的开炉方案。采取高温烘炉、运用可视氧枪技术、提高点火送风后的加风速度、提高高炉富氧以及改善焦炭质量等措施,通过合理搭配高炉用料,使焦炭负荷缓慢而稳定上升,保证了开炉过程中充裕的炉缸热量,炉况逐步向好,风量逐渐接受,为正常加入负荷料提供了依据,实现了高炉快速达产的目标。In order to achieve rapid production of a 1250 m^(3)blast furnace,Tianjin Xintian Steel United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.has developed a reasonable and effective start-up plan.By adopting measures such as high-temperature oven drying,using visual oxygen gun technology,increasing the speed of adding air after ignition and air supply,increasing the oxygen enrichment in the blast furnace,and improving the quality of coke,the coke load is slowly and steadily increased through a reasonable combination of blast furnace materials,ensuring sufficient furnace heat during the start-up process.The furnace condition gradually improves and the air volume gradually accepts,providing a basis for adding load materials normally and achieving the goal of rapid production of the blast furnace.
