摘　　要：为了提升邯钢酸洗产品竞争力和创效能力,基于目前酸洗产品的发展形式,在推拉式浅槽紊流酸洗产线实施自主研发的连续化控制,针对生产模式发生改变之后的生产工艺进行优化,达到了提高产品品质、降低产品工序成本的目的,并且在高端酸洗压缩机用材的开发上,开展了客户需求的定制化生产。In order to enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of Hansteel's pickling products,based on the current development form of pickling products,independent research and development of continuous control was carried out on the push-pull shallow groove turbulent pickling production line,The production process was optimized after the production mode changed,achieving the goal of improving product quality and reducing product process costs.In addition,customized production was carried out for customer needs in the development of high-end pickling compressor materials.
