摘　　要：针对某钢铁公司的典型电镀锌工艺进行相关的研究,并对该产线的预镀锌技术的应用对产品质量提升进行了分析。采用有效的实验手段,对该产线的电镀锌板和同样参数的热镀锌产品,在镀层均匀性和镀层的耐蚀性等方面进行有效对比。Research was conducted on the typical galvanizing process of a steel company,and the application of pre-galvanizing technology on the production line was analyzed to improve product quality.Using effective experimental methods,a comparison was made between the electroplated zinc plate of the production line and hot-dip galvanized products with the same parameters in terms of coating uniformity and corrosion resistance.
